AshwaCalm+

A daily adaptogen capsule built around 600 mg of KSM-66® Ashwagandha standardised to 5% withanolides, with L-Arginine, Maca, Panax ginseng, Shatavari and vitamins D3, B6 and B12. Two capsules per serving, 30 servings per bottle. It is intended for adults who want a consistent daily adaptogen and who prefer a formula where every ingredient and its amount is printed on the label. It is a food supplement, not a medicine.

KSM-66® is a branded ashwagandha root extract made by Ixoreal Biomed, standardised to a minimum 5% withanolides. It is one of the two most-studied branded ashwagandha extracts. A label that says only “ashwagandha” may mean whole root powder, leaf material, or an extract of unstated strength. We name the extract and the withanolide percentage so you can compare it directly against whatever you have read.

We do not promise a timeline, and we would treat any brand that does with caution. Adaptogens are taken continuously rather than as needed. Published ashwagandha research typically runs eight to twelve weeks of daily use, so if you are assessing whether it suits you, judge it over that period rather than over a few days. Individual response varies.

Two capsules daily, with food. There is no established best time, so take it whenever you will remember it — consistency matters more than the hour. The formula is non-sedative and contains no melatonin or other sleep ingredients, so it is not designed as a night-time aid. If you work shifts, anchor it to a fixed point in your routine, such as your first meal of the shift, rather than to a clock time.

It contains no sedative or hypnotic ingredients, no controlled substances, and no ingredient known to cause physical dependence. Individual responses still differ. If you feel drowsy after taking it, do not drive or operate machinery, and discontinue use.

Do not take if you are pregnant, trying to conceive, breastfeeding, or under 18.

Speak to your doctor before taking it if you have a thyroid condition or take thyroid medication, have an autoimmune condition, take sedatives, blood thinners, blood pressure medication or diabetes medication, have liver disease, or have surgery scheduled.

Ashwagandha has been associated with rare cases of liver injury. Stop use and seek medical advice if you develop jaundice, dark urine, or unexplained abdominal pain. Shatavari is in the asparagus family — avoid if you have an asparagus allergy.

AshwaCalm+ is produced in an FDA-registered facility certified to current Good Manufacturing Practice.
